Working principle

Plastic shredder: The first step is to use the plastic shredder to take the packed plastic film or long plastic film and cut it into small pieces for easy access to the next process. The size of the plastic pieces after processing by the twin shaft shredder is about 25mm to 150mm.

For the processing of light plastic film or compilation, bags can be used integrated fan, with the directional circulation of air in the cavity to reduce the discharge resistance and increase the output of the equipment.

Friction cleaning machine: the equipment spindle high speed, the speed reaches 1200 rpm. As the PP/PE film enters the equipment, the film and the screen rub against each other and the plastic film rubs against each other at high speed to remove the impurities that are difficult to remove.
Rinsing tank: With water as the medium, the floating plastic films are separated from the sinking materials by the buoyancy force. the PP and PE films will float, while the heavier impurities such as sand, stones, glass, iron, metal, etc. will sink. And it further cleans the plastic film.

Screw extrusion dryer: The water is extruded by variable pitch conveying and using high pressure. Compared with centrifugal dewatering machines, a plastic film with lighter specific gravity is more suitable for spiral extrusion dryers with higher efficiency and better effect.

Cyclone separator: The plastic film sheets are mixed with cold air through the air duct by the fan, and finally reach the cyclone separator to remove fine powder and fine dust, and finally get clean and dry plastic film sheets.

Stainless steel silo: store clean and dry plastic film sheets.

Plastic extruder: After plastic film cleaning and recycling is plastic film granulation, usually customers will make clean pe or pp pellets from the film. So you can choose our plastic extruder.
