Composition and principle

The plastic is heated to a viscous flow state, and under pressure, it is passed through the mouth mold with a certain shape to become a continuous body with a cross-section similar to the shape of the mouth mold, and then by cooling, the plastic with a certain geometric shape and size is changed from a viscous flow state to a highly elastic state, and finally cooled and shaped into a glass state to obtain the desired product.

Single screw extruder consists of the following

  1. Transmission control system: composed of motor, belt drive, gear reducer, etc.
  2. Heating and cooling system: heater and cooling device, by heating and cooling the barrel and screw to ensure that the process is completed within the range required.
  3. Extrusion system: It is composed of screw, manifold, etc., which plasticizes powdered plastic into soluble body under the effect of certain temperature and pressure, and then is continuously extruded into the head by the screw.
